FLOSTON Electronic Enterprises Warranty Policy
Please, study carefully the present Warranty Policy. This Warranty is provided by manufacturer in addition to consumer rights, stated by current legislation of your country/region, and in no way does not restrict these rights.
Hereby the FLOSTON EE Company guarantees that product, purchased from FLOSTON EE Company authorized trade representative, does not contain detected traces of mechanical damages and defects in workmanship and material and is fit for operation at the moment of sale and for warranty period. This Warranty is not applied to products, purchased in frames of multi-level marketing.
The warranty period starts from the date of product sale. For warranty service realization it is necessary to provide cash voucher or other receipt with date of sale designated in it. Warranty repair or replacement of product is impossible without providing of such a document.
Warranty service should be performed only by authorized service centers. Addresses and phone numbers of these centers you can obtain from FLOSTON EE authorized trade representative, from who you purchased the product.
In case of claims occurring during the warranty period, the product is delivered to manufacturer’s service center for inspection. By the inspection results, if the claim is reasonable, warranty repair or product replacement is performed. If, on any reason, repair or replacement is inapplicable, replacement of the product with its analog, having not worse technical characteristics or with product with other technical characteristics, with recalculation of the product cost is possible.
Claims are not accepted and the warranty can be discharged unilaterally in the following cases:

if product type, serial number, date of sale in accompanying documents are illegible, or were modified or erased, or if manufacturer’s or seller seal is damaged;

if the product was purchased from any other person besides an authorized trade representative of FLOSTON EE;
-
if the product was damaged due to improper installation, operation, transportation and storage;

if defects were occur as the result of the product misuse or use with aim, not corresponding to the product application domain, stated in Operation Guide;
-
the product was damaged due to unauthorized constructive modifications without preliminary coordination with manufacturer;
-
if the product was subjected to service and repair by non-authorized persons (or organizations that are not specialized FLOSTON EE service centers and do not have respective licenses) with break of the manufacturer’s requirements and safety requirements;

if the product was repaired with use of pieces, manufactured by other producer besides FLOSTON EE;
-
the damages were occur due to fire, inundation, other acts of God or due to consumer factors;
-
if kitting of the product, delivered to service center, is not full or if the product was delivered without its original package;
-
the product has damages, occurred by the reason of incompliance to the State standards for electrical energy supply, telecommunication, cable networks or by the reason of their damage and other external factors (climatic and other);
-
the product was damaged due to unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, static electricity.
FLOSTON EE is not legible for any damage, direct or indirect, including all, without exception, cases of profit loss, business activity decreasing, loss of business or personal information or other financial losses, associated with use or impossibility to use the purchased product. You are responsible for timely backing up of any programs or data on removable storage media.
In case of any breaking of terms and conditions, listed in the present Warranty, you are responsible for financial charges in connection with the product repair or replacement: charged repair is possible in service center (on technicians’ discretion).
For detail information on the product operation, storage and transporting see the operation documents (User Manual and/or Operation (Instruction) Guide) that are delivered with the product.
The Warranty is not cover periodical service, repair or replacement of parts in connection with their obsolescence.
